Paul Spinelli

I have been teaching and tutoring High School and College Math, Biology and SAT Math prep courses since 1989. After earning a 96% on my Biology GRE exam and a perfect 800 on SAT Math, I went on to earn 2 separate Master’s degrees in Biology from CUNY and Fordham University. I understand the wide diversity and needs of students, and I know what it takes to help them succeed with a proven track record of results. I take a personal interest in the success of my students (I have even contacted some college profs who have made mistakes on their exams). No starting point is too late and no deficiency to too great! We will get through it together.

When I was in high school, I always felt one step behind the class and could never catch up. I know the mind of a struggling student. I know how to rebuild the confidence to feel good about being in class and participating. I never get tired of hearing the students I tutor tell me that they felt like the smarted kid in class today. Never.
